My my.CSMD account is disabled. Who can I contact for assistance?

If it has been longer than two years since you last took a class at CSM, your account may be disabled due to inactivity. In order to reactivate it, you will simply need to submit a new credit student application at https://www.csmd.edu/apply-... . You will be able to update your contact information and/or your program of study at the time of application. If you have any questions about the process, please contact the Admissions Department at 301-934-2251 option 0 for assistance.

If it has been less than two years since your last class at CSM, you will want to contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. They can be reached at help@csmd.edu or at 301-934-7740. Please keep in mind that they will require your student ID number in order to assist you. If you do not have this information on hand, please contact the Admissions Department at 301-934-2251 option 0.
