Do students using VA Education Benefits pay for classes upon registration?
Students using Post 9/11 (Chapter 33 and Chapter 33/TOE) benefits at the 100% level and students using Vocational Rehabilitation and Education (Chapter 31/VR&E) benefits do not need to pay for their classes when they register and are protected from being dropped for non-payment provided required documents have been received by CSM.
