I have yet to receive my financial aid refund check. Who should I contact about it?
You will receive your refund once the funds for that specific award(s) have been received, processed, and applied to your account. If there is left over financial aid on your account, you will be sent a refund check within 14 days of it being processed. Fall semester refunds start to be processed in late October and Spring semester refunds start to be processed in mid March.
