I'm having trouble signing in to the MyCOM portal.
Make sure you are using your correct username and password. Your username is usually the first letter of your given name, your full family name, and several numbers. Unless you have just received your username and temporary password as a new or returning student, the password should be something you created.
You will receive a welcome email with your username and temporary password when you first apply, but it may take several minutes after you submit your application for your welcome email to be sent.
If you cannot remember your username or password you can click on Reset Password or Forgot Username on the MyCOM sign in page.
