What is a Web/online class compared to an Online real time class or a video conferencing class

Response from John McLaughlin:

Web Online: Online courses are accessed through a computer with a broadband internet connection. These courses have no regularly scheduled class meetings but students are required to meet course deadlines and might be required to take proctored exams.

Online Real-Time: Online courses that require students to participate at regularly scheduled, specific days and times.

Video-conference: These courses are available at campuses and UMA Centers, and offer two-way, real-time video interactions
