You are able to qualify for In-County tuition rates 90 days after you have established residency. To update your residency, please submit a Residency Status Update Form and two dated forms of proof of address dated at least 90 days prior to the first date of your class. You can find the Residency Status Update Form, which includes the forms of proof we accept, at https://www.csmd.edu/apply-... .
