I'm having trouble accessing my O365. Who can I talk to for help?
As a CSM credit student, you have access to O365 while attending classes. You will want to log into you my.CSMD account and click on the middle box labeled O365 Access. If you cannot or are unable to log into your my.CSMD account, please contact the IT Help Desk at 301-934-7740 or at help@csmd.edu. Please keep in mind that they will require your student ID number in order to assist you. If you do not have this information on hand, please contact the Admissions Department at 301-934-2251 option 0 for assistance.
