When I attempt to register for a course, I receive a message that states I have not met the prerequisite. I have taken and passed that course. What should I do?

If you have completed the prerequisite at CSM or have officially transferred the prerequisite to CSM from another school, please contact the Registrar's Office for assistance. They can be reached at 301-934-7588 or at webreg@csmd.edu.

If you have completed the prerequisite at another institution and are a visiting student or have not yet had your official transcript sent CSM, you will need to meet with an Academic Advisor in order to receive registration help. During your appointment, please make sure that bring a physical copy of your unofficial transcript with you. You can find information about the Advising Office at https://www.csmd.edu/studen... .
