What is the meaning of "Otherwise Qualified" in terms of Disability Support Services?
An individual is considered "otherwise qualified" if, with or without accommodations, they are able to meet the technical/academic standards of the institution for their program/course of study. For employment purposes, it is if the individual can perform the essential function of the request job with or without accommodations.
