I am applying to be a student and would like to know if my SAT or ACT scores will let me waive the placement exam. Who can I talk to about this?

If your SAT/ACT scores have met our minimum requirements, you may not need to take the Accuplacer Exam. You can find out information about the placement exam, as well as how to waive it, at https://www.csmd.edu/studen... .

Once you have submitted your scores to our Testing Centers, you should meet with an Academic Advisor to discuss your results and if it is recommended that you take the Accuplacer Exam in an attempt to be able to register for a higher level course.
