If you know that you will not pass a class this semester, you will need to take action to drop the course. You can drop a course through your Online Services in your my.CSMD account. You can find the last day to drop a class without a grade at https://www.csmd.edu/progra... .

Be aware that dropping courses or failing courses may impact your financial aid benefits or VA benefits. Failing courses will negatively impact your GPA and could lead to academic probation. If you are receiving aid, please contact the appropriate office to discuss how your aid may be affected. You can reach the Financial Aid Department at 301-934-7531 or finaid@csmd.edu. You can reach the Veteran's Benefits Office at veteransbenefits@csmd.edu.
