What are the guidelines for the cancellation of classes due to low enrollment?

For credit courses:  In the event that a course or section is canceled, all enrolled students are notified immediately. Those students may elect to enroll in another open course or section, or they may request a refund.

For non-credit courses:  Students enrolled in non-credit courses canceled by the college will automatically receive full refund of tuition and fees.
