Which one will I do first: apply first to the college or take a placement test?

Before you take your placement exam, you need to submit an application to be a credit student at CSM. You can do that at https://www.csmd.edu/apply-... . Once you have submitted you application, you will then be able to take your placement exam and follow the other steps for enrollment found at https://www.csmd.edu/apply-... .
