How do I retrieve my my.CSMD account log in and password?
If this is your first time logging onto your my.CSMD account, you will need to first receive your acceptance letter. Your acceptance letter will contain your seven digit student ID number that you will use to both determine your login username and be used as part of your temporary password. If you have not yet received your acceptance letter, please contact the Admissions Department at 301-934-2251 option 0.
To determine your login user name, you will go to the my.CSMD login page at https://idp.csmd.edu/nidp/i... 
. You will then click on the "Forgot Your Username?" link. This screen will prompt you for your last name and your student ID number. Inputting this information and clicking on "Submit" will display your username on your browser window.
Once you have determined your username, you will then use the temporary password specified in your acceptance letter. If you are having difficulty with this, you will need to contact the IT Help Desk for assistance with your account. They can be reached at 301-934-7740 or at help@csmd.edu. Please make sure that you have your student ID number on hand as they cannot assist you without it.
