What are the responsibilities of the student?
Once a student is 18 or older and in college, they must individually disclose their disability to each person they contact for an accommodation.
After the letter of accommodation is completed, the student is given copies to give to their professors, staff members, tutors, or mentor. Students are expected to arrange for testing accommodations at least three business days prior to the test.
Professors are not expected to modify course objectives or course content or to provide individualized instruction or remediation.
