Help! I don't see my course in Blackboard.

Blackboard is available to students 4 days before the course begins. Please be patient as faculty are assigned and they work to build the course site. 


If you do not see the course within this time, please see below how to troubleshoot:

1. Confirm you are registered via Student Planning (or Owl Link).
a. Some students are dropped from courses due to non-payment. You will need to re-register for an available course/section.
b. Some students are dropped from a course due to low enrollment. You should have received a phone call from the department or an email notifying you of the situation. You can re-register for another section. 


2. Once you confirmed you are registered, email elearning@pgcc.edu from your OwlMail (PGCC Student Email) Account. Include the course name, number, and section (example BIO-1010-RE01), and don't forget your full name and PGCC Student ID number in the email.
