Is there one place where I can see all the courses offered for the upcoming semester?

you will see that you're able to refine your search by location, subject, etc.
If you know your student user ID and password, you can log into the UMA portal (my.uma.edu), and then from the categories listed across the top of the page (just below our logo), select the Academics category. Click the down arrow to the right of the title and then select Course Guide. This brings you to a PDF listing of the courses being offered in the spring. It's a snapshot of the course offerings, which is updated periodically. If you see something on the list that you're interested in, pop over to the online course search, which is updated in close to real time, to verify that the course is still being offered as expected.
