Where can I purchase groceries and other goods and “dorm” essentials (sheets, blankets, etc.)?
There is a small grocery store (Boynton’s Market) and many specialty shops within walking distance in downtown Hallowell. Larger grocery stores (Hannaford/Shaws), pharmacies (Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid, CVS) and retail stores (Target, Reny’s, Walmart, AC Moore, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sam’s Club and more) are available in Augusta and Gardiner.
