I'm registered to take an online course. Will I be sent a link to join the course?
Students are not sent a link to their enrolled course. Instead, students log into the UMA portal page at my.uma.edu, and then they use the Brightspace (online learning platform) link on the portal page to take their class.
The Brightspace link is an orange circle with a white letter “B” inside, and the icon is in the LaunchPad, which is a box filled with application icons. The Launchpad is located in the upper left area of the UMA portal page. If you need further information on how to access Brightspace you can connect with Tech Hub staff or your professional academic advisor. https://www.uma.edu/techhub/
